Secondary student programs

Secondary programs

Across a range of short courses, students will develop their own unique artworks and style through exploring a range of materials, techniques, technologies and processes (ACAVAM118, ACAVAM126, ACAVAM127, ACAVAM121*). Students will learn about, discuss and analyse various art concepts, terminology, history and famous artists to draw ideas from when planning and making their own work (ACAVAM119, ACAVAM120, ACAVAR123, ACAVAR124, ACAVAM125, ACAVAM128, ACAVAR130, ACAVAR131*). Every lesson in each short course will build knowledge and skills to enable students to plan and create their own artworks to present in an online art gallery. Students will be invited to discuss, review and analyse their own work and that of others in a celebratory conclusion at the conclusion of each course (ACAVAM122, ACAVAM129, ACAVAR130*).

*ACARA content descriptors will be covered in various ways across different courses. See individual courses for more info.
